Company Is Currently Selling Ethanol Produced From Their Systems

James Shipley has been an officer or director of several publicly-traded entities during the past 15 years. Most recently, from January 2001 to January 2004 he was Chairman of the Board, President and CEO of Epic Financial Corporation. From January 2004 through January 2006, he served as a consultant to several private and publicly-traded companies.

Beginning in January 2006 he became Chairman of the Board, President and CEO of TRAC Financial Group, Inc., for which he had previously acted as a consultant. He remained in these positions until July 2006, when control of the company changed and the name of the company was changed to FINI Group, Inc. (now known as Avalon Capital Holdings Corporation).

He has served as a member of the Executive Committee of AIM American Mortgage Corporation, AIM American Home Loan, Inc. and AIM American Real Estate, Inc. from 2006 to present. Mr. Shipley was named Chairman of the Board, President and CEO of Asset Capital Group, Inc. in July 2007 and continues in such capacity.

He assumed his present positions with Bio-Clean International, Inc. on January 1, 2008.
